Pamper Me Pretty Kids Spa Waiver and Policy

Welcome to Pamper Me Pretty Kids Spa. We are committed to creating a safe and enjoyable environment for children and their families to celebrate special occasions. This policy outlines the guidelines and procedures to ensure a positive experience for everyone involved. By participating in or hosting events at our venue, you agree to adhere to these policies.

1. Safety and Security:
Supervision: Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times while on our premises.
Emergency Procedures: Familiarize yourself with our emergency procedures, including evacuation routes and first aid stations.

2. Reservations and Payments:
A. Reservation Confirmation: Events should be booked in advance to secure the desired date and time.
A deposit is required to confirm the reservation.
B. Payment: Full payment is due the day of the event. We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and online payments.
3% credit card transaction fee will be added when paying with a credit card
C. Cancellation Policy:
30 days notice to reschedule the party otherwise you forfeit your deposit
3. Cleanliness and Hygiene
A.Cleanliness: We maintain a clean and sanitized environment. Guests are expected to arrive with clean hair and nails. We have the right to refuse service to anyone that has lice and they will be asked to leave our spa for safety reasons.
4. Behavior and Etiquette:
Respectful Conduct: Guests are expected to treat each other, our staff, and the venue with respect and courtesy.
No Harassment: Any form of harassment or bullying will not be tolerated.
5. Liability and Insurance:
A. Waiver: Guests must sign a waiver acknowledging that Pamper Me Pretty Kids Spa and its staff are not liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur during the event
6.Decorations and Setup
Decor Guidelines: Please adhere to our decoration guidelines to maintain the safety and aesthetics of the venue.
Hosts are given 30 minutes after their party to clean up. Please be respectful for our time

7. Lost and Found:
A. Lost Items: Our staff will collect lost items and keep them in a designated area. Unclaimed items will be disposed off after 7 days.
8.Feedback and Concerns:
Feedback: We value your feedback to continually improve our services. Please share your suggestions and comments with us.
Concerns: If you encounter any issues during the event, please notify our staff immediately so we can address them promptly.
